Gem purchases almost always go through smoothly, but the servers occasionally experience delays or other errors that slow down your Gem delivery. Please be patient if you don't see your purchase go through immediately. Don't repeat the purchase, as this may lead to you being charged twice!
2. Try restarting the game or re-logging in to your account to check for Gems after purchasing them.
3. If you still haven't received your Gems within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your account and order details so they can make sure your order was received and is being processed.
